EMERGENCY RULES

Emergency adoption of new rules, amendment of existing rules, repeal of existing rules, and adoption by reference, shall become effective immediately, unless otherwise stated therein, upon the filing of the rule with Legislative Services Agency. Emergency rules may be effective for a period of not longer than 120 days.
