NOTICE OF INTENDED ACTION
INTENDED ACTION: Delete old chapter and replace with a new chapter
SUBSTANCE OF PROPOSED ACTION: The Agency is deleting Chapter 45 of the Code and replacing with a new Chapter 45. The new chapter reflects changes to the program that are being made in converting the Maternity Waiver Program to a State Plan option as allowed by the Balanced Budget Act of 1997.

FINAL DATE FOR COMMENT AND COMPLETION OF NOTICE:. Written comments concerning this change must be received by the Alabama Medicaid Agency no later than December 4, 1998.
