282-X-7-.01 Exemptions And Special Conditions.
(1) The provisions of these regulations shall not apply to hospitals doing business in Alabama with such exemption ending on May 17, 1994.
(2) Additional areas which these regulations shall not be construed to affect or prevent are listed in the "Dietetics/Nutrition Practice Act of 1989."
