(1) All assistant state service commissioners, county service commissioners, and other employees, shall submit daily, weekly and monthly reports of the activities of his work as required. Such reports are to be submitted to the state service commissioner in form, or on forms, to be prescribed by him, at times determined and designated by him.

(2) At each quarterly meeting the state service commissioner will submit in writing to the state board members a summary of all reports from county service commissioners showing number of powers of attorney assigned to each organization.
