920-X-6-.01 Prohibited Agreements With Veterans. No commissioner or employee of the department shall enter into any agreement, understanding or professional tie with any veteran or any other person, firm or corporation, whereby such veteran is referred or directed or it is suggested a contract be made for the sale of any merchandise, service, or any other thing; except referrals may be made to other state, federal or community agencies rendering a service to veterans without cost.
